Ethitec are delighted to welcome the Solihull MBC Community Equipment and Wheelchair Service (CEWS) into the ELMS2 User Community.
Based at the newly built Better Living Centre, CEWS provide the community in Solihull with a range of equipment and wheelchairs to assist people with daily living and to promote independence.
Mike Weatherall, Operations Manager at Ethitec, said “Solihull MBC are another excellent addition to Ethitec’s customer base, and we are delighted to have been chosen to work with the service to implement ELMS2 following their comprehensive review of the market for this type of system. The team at Ethitec will be working hard to ensure that the ELMS2 system is fully rolled by 1st April. This will enable CEWS to deliver numerous operational improvements quite quickly, while providing the management team with far greater access to management information. We are looking forward to working closely with the friendly staff at the Better Living Centre.”‘
The 3 year contract will see Ethitec deploying ELMS2 as a hosted, fully integrated IT management solution across the Equipment and Wheelchair service. This includes the provision of modules covering Referral Management, Appointments Management, Assessments, and Online Ordering, together with support for the distribution and stock management element of their operations using Android based technology both in-store and out in the community. In addition, Ethitec will be delivering a package of services consisting of training, consultancy, migration, and interfacing work to ensure that ELMS2 is fully compatible with third-party systems.
