n-able (the equipment & assistive technology division of Norse)

I just wanted to thank all of you for your assistance and support with Elms over the past 6 years. I have truly never worked with a software company that has been so flexible and honest with everything it does as you have been. I will miss working with you & if I end up in a company requiring your kind of software again I will certainly recommend you.

I would like to commend Huzaer on his patience with us during the 2 day training session. He did a fantastic job and gave us the time we needed to ask questions to help improve our confidence with Tiara. Huzaer and our team have some further work to do with regards to the letters and reports, but we are very excited at the capabilities Tiara provides for us.

Three Northern Ireland CES to implement ELMS2

Healthcare IT provider Ethitec has been awarded a contract to deliver its ELMS2 system to three equipment services in Northern Ireland. Ethitec will be implementing ELMS2 at the equipment services managed by the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, Southern Health and Social Care Trust, and Western Health and Social Care Trust, over the next 8 months.

The contract award followed a comprehensive procurement process that ran in accordance with the HSCNI Technology Partner Agreement 2013 (TPA 2013) awarded by HSCNI to HP (now DXC).

Simon Taylor, Ethitec’s Managing Director, said “We’re thrilled to be able to take ELMS2 in to Northern Ireland for the first time. We’re having another very good year at Ethitec, and the award of the contract continues a significant period of success for the ELMS2 team. We look forward to working closely with the three Trusts in Northern Ireland and building our reputation on the other side of the Irish Sea.”
