Ethitec are very pleased to announce that they have just been awarded a contract by Denbighshire County Council to implement ELMS2 at their Community Equipment Service (CESI).

CESI provides and maintains a wide range of equipment to support people who have difficulty managing some activities of daily living. Serving a total population of around 95,000 people, the equipment service is provided through a partnership with the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

ELMS2 is a comprehensive software solution that is widely used across the UK, supporting the efficient management of Community Equipment Services, Wheelchair Services, Telecare Services, and other areas of NHS and Social Care supplies provision. Ethitec have entered into a 5 year contract with Denbighshire County Council which will see them deploying the system over the next few months, together with a suite of professional training, consultancy, hosting, and data migration services.

Mike Weatherall, Operations Manager at Ethitec, said “We’re delighted to welcome the Denbighshire service into our ELMS2 User Community, and to further increase our presence in Wales. We’ve been successfully working with neighbouring services in the North Wales region for many years now, and we look forward to enjoying a similar relationship with the team in Rhyl. My colleagues in the ELMS2 team are also looking forward to spending some more time on the lovely North Wales coast this summer!”
