Following the latest announcements from the Government regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation we are publishing this notice regarding our business continuity planninng.
As of 17th March 2020 we have a number of staff working remotely, and expect very soon that all of our staff will be following suit. We have been planning for this eventuality over the last few weeks. Our staff will be just as effective from home, and as such, we are confident that it will basically be “business as normal” in terms of our responsiveness and ability to support our customers.
Where possible, we would like to strongly encourage customers to use email, ideally to the usual Technical Support address for any support issues that you may wish to raise. Alternatively you can use this form.
While we will be diverting our main switchboard and support telephone lines shortly, it will help us greatly if we can minimise this voice traffic. All support requests will continue to be logged, monitored, and resolved in accordance with your SLA with us. Please share this information with all of the key staff at your Service.
As a company we recognise that some of our customers, particularly those in Health and Social Care, are likely to be even busier than normal for the next few weeks and beyond. We can’t promise that there won’t be the odd teething issue while we adjust to companywide remote working, but we’re as prepared as we can be. We will be striving to deliver the same first-rate level of support that our customers have come to expect, ensuring that there is no drop in service levels across the business. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or need any further information.
Wishing you all the very best for the challenges ahead.
