I know that all of your support staff are very helpful, I’d just like to point out that Anit is outstanding in his support and makes my life so much easier, he takes all my troubles away. In this complaining world I’d just like to acknowledge the fact that Anit goes over and above what is necessary, always cheerful, he’s even learnt a few welsh phrases! Please pass on my grateful thanks.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Anit for his training last week. Anit has a built up a really good rapport with the team, Steve and myself. The trainees really enjoyed his style of training, he is a pleasure to have around. The time Anit spent with Steve and myself was also really valuable and we will be implementing quite a few new processes for more efficient working.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your assistance and support with Elms over the past 6 years. I have truly never worked with a software company that has been so flexible and honest with everything it does as you have been. I will miss working with you & if I end up in a company requiring your kind of software again I will certainly recommend you.
