"Since the migration and 'go live' in October the staff at Ethitec have been consistently helpful, professional and patient.  We are now only eight months in to using the new system and the staff already say that it is as though they have always used it.  Due to the nature of the system I have been able to extend IT throughout the warehouse, workshop as well as the Technicians.  It has had a dramatic effect on managing our servicing records and we can access both stock and client records with ease ( particularly useful when we recently had a recall on three hundred walking frames!).

The Management reports are accessible and I have no issue with finding the exact data I require to respond to many information requests I receive. I am more that happy to recommend this system and would welcome anyone wanting to see it in in use here at Dudley."
