Beyond Bespoke Development

Other than Bespoke Development, Ethitec offers a range of high quality technical consultancy, training, and support services to customers at all stages of an Information Technology project. Our policy is to employ highly skilled technical staff, and we use the practical experience that our software engineers gain in the field to augment the consultancy, support, and training services that we provide.

Ethitec provides training, consultancy, and support in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including systems analysis and design, systems integration and configuration, human-computer interface design, network troubleshooting, database performance tuning, and technical quality assurance of third party applications. In addition, we have substantial experience in designing and running training courses in our own applications, and provide a combination of training and consultancy, to meet the precise requirements of a client.

Ongoing Maintenance and Support

Continuing maintenance and support is available for all systems provided by Ethitec, and Ethitec also maintains and enhances numerous third party legacy systems in this way. A dedicated team of engineers provide telephone assistance and remote technical support from our support desk in Leicester, technical support over N3 in the NHS marketplace, and on-site support when required, in addition to the on-going development and modification services offered by the software engineering team which ensure that our applications remain relevant and powerful, both in terms of technology and legislation.
