Fancy working for Ethitec? Graduate Developer / Analyst Required

Ethitec is a well-established leading provider of software solutions into many sectors, including insurance and healthcare. Due to on-going successes, we are now seeking to recruit a Graduate Software Developer / Analyst for a permanent role based in the centre of Leicester. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the development of software applications for a range of public and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Software Engineering / IT / Computer Science (2:1 or higher) and have the following skills:
  • Application development in a web environment producing dynamic database driven technologies (the role will primarily consist of development work using the Progress 4GL) 
  • Proven knowledge / use of HTML, Javascript & related technologies.
  • Have a logical approach to problem solving and program design
  • Be committed to customer satisfaction
  • Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Able to manage problems and take ownership of issues
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible, thorough, accurate and well organised approach to his / her work

The starting salary will be circa £20,000, depending on the skillset of the successful graduate.
