“Since the migration and ‘go live’ in October the staff at Ethitec have been consistently helpful, professional and patient. We are now only eight months in to using the new system and the staff already say that it is as though they have always used it. Due to the nature of the system I have been able to extend IT throughout the warehouse, workshop as well as the Technicians. It has had a dramatic effect on managing our servicing records and we can access both stock and client records with ease ( particularly useful when we recently had a recall on three hundred walking frames!).”

“The Management reports are accessible and I have no issue with finding the exact data I require to respond to many information requests I receive. I am more that happy to recommend this system and would welcome anyone wanting to see it in in use here at Dudley.”

Ethitec are delighted to announce some further success in Northern Ireland following the award of a contract to provide ELMS2 to the Northern Ireland Regional Wheelchair Service. The Regional Wheelchair Service works with Trusts across Northern Ireland and procures wheelchairs for users once their clinical needs have been determined and an appropriate prescription agreed.

ELMS2 is a comprehensive, proven software solution that supports the efficient management of Wheelchair Services, Community Equipment Services, and other areas of NHS and Social Care supplies provision. It offers comprehensive integrated, modular facilities to manage patients, referrals, waiting lists, appointments, assessments, stock, journeys, purchasing, servicing, and repairs. The award follows the recent successful implementation of ELMS2 in three Northern Ireland Community Equipment Services.

“The decision to switch systems is never taken lightly. However, when we had cause to, experience had taught us that it was important to review the supplier and service as well as the system. Ethitec were open and honest, giving us every client name on their books to contact for a reference. This gave us confidence in them from the start and was proven in the quick and painless migration they delivered.”
